Business	Board meeting held Sept. 3 A vote was taken to accept a letter drafted to inform the members of a vote for time/place change for lunch meeting to evening meeting. All members will receive the letter. A vote was taken to accept a letter requesting all members to review the various committees to see if there are additional areas of service that they can participate in. Board member Jean Carney resigned from the Club at the Board meeting. .
	Reports and correspondence. (Evie is not able to make this meeting) - New membership a major Rotary topic. Maryann to give status of Supermarket Sweepstakes followed by drawing (Maryann suggests drawing back up winners - will explain)
Discussions	Hotdog Senior Social - a great substitute for our Ice Cream Social... Barbara suggests Nov 5 or Nov 12 - let's nail down the date so she can promote it at the Rainbow Center
